Is my dog the right size for Fresh Patch?
A single Fresh Patch will accommodate 1 dog weighing up to 25 lbs. Multiple Fresh Patches can be joined together to create a larger surface area for larger dogs.
How often must I replace Fresh Patch?
We recommend replacing your Fresh Patch weekly or every other week depending on the size of your pet. This is how we have structured our convenient subscription service. When the new one arrives simply toss the old one away. No cleaning involved!
What about dirt or bugs?
Fresh Patch utilizes a patented soil-less grass that is hydroponically grown. This means no bugs and no dirt. We guarantee that you and your dog will be happy with it.
When will I receive my Fresh Patch?
Fresh Patch is shipped every Monday from California and –depending on your location– will arrive within a couple of days (by Friday for most east coast deliveries). Check with your building’s receiving department to ensure your package doesn’t unnecessarily sit over the weekend.
How does Fresh Patch maintain its freshness during shipping and after its arrival?
Because Fresh Patch is hydroponically grown, it is a lush, hardy grass that lasts a long time.
