JJ Yosh & Simon the Backpacking Kitty

Before I Knew It.. Simon Was Making FRESH PATCH His New Bed!

I Immediately Took out my Camera and Began Snapping Away and Couldn't Believe my Eyes. - JJ YOSH

Simon and I Recently Discovered Fresh Patch , which is something unlike any cat innovation we have yet to come across. Fresh Patch is a clever portable container of real living grass for your pet, and this innovation made its grand debut on the TV show, Shark Tank as a new method to train your dogs to potty indoors.

I decided to try the Standard size , which arrived via FedEx in a nice, (16 x24) inch, rectangular box.   They recommend either this, or a slightly larger, square size for cats.  Simon usually thinks every box contains a present for him or the box itself is a present. In this case, he was right and just the act of opening Fresh Patch with Simon was so much fun.

Over the next couple of days, a snow storm rolled in and Simon and I were mostly indoors.   Simon took to his Fresh Patch every chance he could get. He would bring his favorite toys like bubble gum wrappers and string and roll around in the grass like he just caught an insect. I never saw Simon so happy with delight, then he is with his new found grass pen.

So thrilled, I just ordered the larger one and upgraded to the ‘Cat-Pack’ I decided to upgrade my order to the ‘Cat-Pack’, which includes a beautiful wooden sleeve in either Oak or Pine. The Oak happened to match my kitchen table nicely, so I propped it on my table as a decor piece. I wasn’t expecting Simon to potty in it, so I thought it would be a nice accent. Simon also loves to sit on the table to look out the window, so it seemed like the ideal placement. Within a short time, Simon was making the plot of grass his new bed. I immediately took out my camera and began snapping away and couldn’t believe my eyes. Fresh Patch was a kitty bed!
