Heat Wave 2021

Last week we began seeing reports of grass arriving in poor or unusable condition.  The record-breaking heat wave of 2021 is causing a disruption to some of our shipments.  The impact appears to be isolated to specific East Coast cities.  

If you are a current customer and are experiencing this issue, please reach out to our team so that we can refund your order and put a pause on your shipments.  If you are thinking about purchasing Fresh Patch for the first time, we recommend waiting until this heat wave has passed.
