Step #1 Choose Your Grass Size

Head to www.freshpatch.com to select the grass patch size that’s right for your pet’s size and weight.

Fresh Patch comes in 4 sizes:

• Mini: The mini grass patch is 12x16 inches in size. It’s best for small pets, like teacup puppies, and other small animals like rabbits, bunnies, and turtles weighing less than 5 pounds.
• Standard: Ideal for medium-sized dogs as well as rabbits, turtles, and other animals weighing less than 15 pounds. The standard size measures 16 x 24 inches.

• Large: This patch, which is 24 x 24 inches in size, is well suited to medium-sized dogs and puppies weighing between 15 and 30 pounds.

• XL: Our largest grass patch measures 2 x 4 feet and is best for big dogs weighing more than 30 pounds or multi-dog households.

Still not sure what size grass to select? We recommend starting with the Large patch. It gives your pet more of a “backyard” when it’s time to go potty. Depending on your dog’s breed, they might want to sniff and circle around before going to #1 or #2.

Step #2 Choose Delivery Frequency 

Fresh Patch can last from 1–4 weeks, depending on your pet’s size, how much they use it, and your home climate. We recommend getting grass delivered every 2 weeks (biweekly) to start.

We offer autoship through our Fresh Patch subscription, so you save time having to re-order and will never run out of fresh grass for your pet. If your pup might need more grass replacements in the future, you can always manage your subscription account through www.freshpatch.com.

Step #3 Choose an Optional Accessory 

Depending on your personal preference, you can purchase a tray to go under the Fresh Patch or a wooden sleeve to create a more stylish potty area for your pet.

• Fresh Patch Tray: a practical, easy-to-clean plastic tray that can be used instead of the waxed cardboard your Fresh Patch may have arrived in. If you purchase a Large or XL grass patch, you choose to purchase a Large Rolled or XL Rolled delivery option. This makes carrying your grass into your home and replacing your fresh patch easy.

• Wooden Sleeve: Our wooden sleeves are hand-crafted and come in oak and pine. For some puppies who like to chew cardboard, this is a great option! Not to mention, the wooden sleeve provides function and an elevated potty spot in your home.

Note: The tray and sleeve cannot be used together. For the Mini, Standard, and Large size patches, you’ll have the option to choose from a tray or wooden sleeve, while the (Rolled) Large and (Rolled) XL sizes are compatible only with the tray.

How to Manage Your Deliveries 

• Account Management: Need a different-size patch? Require a more or less frequent delivery? Headed out of town for a bit and need to pause your subscription? If, at any time, you’d like to pause, skip, cancel, modify, or change the frequency of your delivery, you can do so within your customer account. 

1. Select the 👤 icon on the top of our site or go directly to https://www.freshpatch.com/account/login and enter your email and password.
2. Select Manage Subscription
3. Select Edit Future Order to enter your desired date for your next delivery. You can also select ‘Change Frequency’ to change to weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks delivery.

At Fresh Patch, we value our customers and their pets. So if you or your pet are not happy with your subscription, you can cancel at any time. But we do encourage you to try Fresh Patch for at least 2 months. Some pups take time to learn how to properly use real grass for potty.
