How does Fresh Patch's Subscription Service Work?

With a Fresh Patch subscription plan, you can sign-up to automatically receive a new Fresh Patch based on a cadence that works best for you and your pup. 

Here’s how it works:

 

Automatic Deliveries

Cadence
Our subscription service offers delivery plans that include every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, and every 4 weeks. Most Fresh Patch customers sign-up for a bi-weekly subscription plan and automatically receive a new Fresh Patch every two weeks.

Pause or Skip Deliveries

If at any time you’d like to pause or skip your delivery, this is made possible within your customer account (more on that, below!)

Why Become a Fresh Patch Subscriber?

No Hidden Fees or Contract 

There are no additional fees when you sign up for a subscription plan, and there are no contracts (you can cancel at any time!).

Dedicated Customer Account

Upon signing up for a subscription plan, you’ll be prompted to create a  customer account. From within your customer account, you’ll be able to manage all aspects of your subscription plan, including: delivery frequency, pausing or skipping deliveries, the size of your Fresh Patch, your primary address, your payment information, and cancellation.
