Fresh Patch or Fresh Patch XL?
Fresh Patch XL
The standard Fresh Patch (16" x 24" inches) is recommended for pets less than 25 lbs.
The standard Fresh Patch combines living grass and a disposable container in a completely disposable and replaceable unit.
When the package arrives simply remove the lid and place the product where you want your pet to go.
The Fresh Patch XL (2' x 4' feet) is recommended for pets more than 25 lbs and for multi-pet households.
The Fresh Patch XL comes rolled up in a box -- It does not come with a functional tray (we recommend purchasing one of our custom trays
How often should I order?
We recommend replacing your Fresh Patch every 1-4 weeks depending on the size of your pet and how frequently the product is being used.
We have plans offering delivery every week, every (2) weeks, every (3) weeks and every (4) weeks.
Switching between plans is easy once you setup an account with us!
What is the shipping policy?
All Fresh Patch orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING via FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground.
Fresh Patch ships from California (Monday - Friday).
Orders placed before 2:30 PM will ship the same day.
FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2-Day delivery options are available.
The cutoff time for expedited shipments is 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday).
Orders for expedited overnight delivery must be placed Monday - Thursday to avoid weekend hold-overs by FedEx.
What is the return policy?
Because of the nature of Fresh Patch products we are unable to accept returns.
What is a rain delay?
It rarely rains enough in Southern California to halt our production but it has happened. In the event that we are unable to harvest grass because of rain there may be a couple day delay in your delivery.
What is special about Fresh Patch grass?
The grass used in Fresh Patch is grown hydroponically (without the use of soil). Our absorbent pads of living grass are lighter, cleaner, and last much longer than normal sod.
We utilize several different kinds of grass including rye, blue, fescue, zoysia and bermuda.
Can I pause my deliveries?
Simply log into your account to skip a delivery or arrange to have your shipment sent to another location.
Is Fresh Patch available in my area?

Most dogs get the hang of Fresh Patch immediately. We realize that there are some dogs stuck in their ways and we offer support in those instances. We don't believe in making our customers sign long term contracts.
You can cancel your service anytime by contacting us by phone (1-800-783-7109) or emailing (email@example.com).
You can also cancel your service by logging into the customer portal and selecting the "Manage Your Subscription" option.
Because of the nature of our product, once a shipment has been processed we are unable to accept returns or issue a refund for that shipment.
