The delivery is prompt and activated the same day each week as the day I signed up for the subscription. The grass is green and lush. I use the XL for my labrador puppy. So far, totally happy with it!

We have two small dogs that are 13 1/2 and 10. Now that they are getting older, we anppreciate our Fresh Patch even more. The convenience is great but knowing our patch of grass is available if one of them has stomach issues or when it's raining, etc is huge for us.
This is hands down the best solution any pet owner can make. I have been using pee pads their whole life for indoor use, seldom do they have accidents now but it was what I used early on. Later in life I tried the “weasy” and it was a nightmare. Not to mention the gross bag of pee I had to empty out every week. 🤢 This is the answer to my dreams! I had no idea fresh patch existed and now that I do I am never going back. It’s easy, affordable and since it is outside, my house never smells like pee or poo. 1000/10. I would recommend this to anyone!
I have an older dog that can’t always make it outside. Original 2 purchases were through Amazon. The first 2 orders of grass died quickly. Customer service was excellent when I sent my issue. If customer service remains at the current standards, my loyalty to their product remains.
