My experience with Fresh Patch has been nothing but Great from start to finish!!! I received my first box and the grass didn't look or smell too good. I sent an email to customer service and she immediately sent me out an expedited patch of grass. I wish All customer service were like this? I received the next box and the grass was beautiful and my Guinea Pig's absolutely loved it!!!
My house bunnies love their grass pad. Whoever came up with the idea to market pads of real grass, had a great idea. It last longer and smell's cleaner than litter. It is natures own litter box. And I will be ordering more soon.
Overall experience was great! Our rabbit loves using her fresh patch to eat, dig, and relax on.

Bought for my bunny since he for some reason stopped using litter box **** use it to *** on but steps off of it in front of box to ****. Hope he gets it soon
