I adopted Teddy in December of 2023 at 8 months old. He is a combination of Jack Russell and Chihuahua. A real sweetheart. He currently weighs 14 lbs.
December in the Catskill Mountains is generally very cold and I was having a difficult time getting him to go outside. I purchased a plastic grass indoor potty mat, but he never really took to it.
Luckily, I remembered watching Shark Tank when the inventors of Fresh Patch were making their presentation, so I decided to call them. The customer service was amazing and so helpful. My Fresh Patch arrived within the week and changed my life as well as Teddy's. He took to it immediately. Fresh Patch also offers an Attractant Scent to use, but I never had to use it.
I started with the large size every other week, when he was a puppy, but now the standard size works just fine. Fresh Patch has enabled me to skip the night time walk and sometimes the early morning walk as
well. We have an abundance of Coyotes in the mountains which makes that night time walk very stressful.
The actual grass itself is a thick cut of sod. Very green and healthy. It is a quality product.

I actually purchase this for my cat, but I have to show it to my dog so he can have a sniff and a little lay down on it before it gets out in the laundry room for my senior cat to potty on!
