As the coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves, we are taking extra precautions to care for our employees, customers, and pets. We are actively monitoring COVID-19 by staying close to the official guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
We’re thinking of every touch point that our customer may encounter and are taking the following precautionary measures.
Implementing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures for high-trafficked areas, surfaces and equipment
Working with our partners to ensure we are using the most effective disinfectant against COVID-19
Warehouse employees have always worn and will continue to wear gloves while at work
Taking team member temperatures before work shifts and sending home anyone who shows signs of fever
Our employees are the core of our culture and company, and their well-being will always be a top priority. We are reminding our teams to follow health authority best practices and encouraging everyone to take care of themselves, including staying home (with full pay) if they are feeling ill.
