Refund policy

Fresh Patch is a living plant harvested per customer order. Because of the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item please reach out to our customer service department so that we may remedy the situation as soon as possible. Customers have 30 days to request a refund. Anything after 30 days we cannot accept.
