At Fresh Patch, we respect your privacy and are committed to complying with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This page is for California residents who wish to exercise their rights regarding their personal information.


Your CCPA Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights concerning your personal information:

  1. Right to Know: Request the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you.
  2. Right to Delete: Request the deletion of your personal information, with certain exceptions.
  3. Right to Correct: Request the correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Direct us not to sell or share your personal information (e.g., for cross-context behavioral advertising). Note: Fresh Patch does not sell data in exchange for monetary payment.
  5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Direct us to limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI).


Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before fulfilling a Right to Know or Right to Delete request. We will match the identifying information you provide with the data we already maintain. We may contact you for additional verification details.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of written permission and may still require verification of your own identity.

 

How to Submit a Request

  2. Email the completed form to service@freshpatch.com. If you are using an Authorized Agent please include proof of written permission.
