I am a Travel RN and my 7 yo GS Dog goes with me. We have Fresh Patch for when I'm on my 13 hour shifts in a rental. This has been great for us, our fist patch lasted 6 weeks. I called to reorder our 2nd Fresh Patch and my contract got canceled and I was going to leave the rental before the patch was going to be delivered and tracking showed it was en route. I called an spoke with Kathy, hope I spelt that correct, she was amazing. Right here in the US, told her my story, and she stated to put a note on the Rental to have the Patch returned, and she would send a new Patch to my home address where I was headed. I didn't have to even request this, she offered upon hearing my story. It was a great experience and Fresh Patch now has a loyal customer. Its all been a really great experience.

I have an anxious 8lb chipoo pintzu that doesn’t like anything new in our space. We recently moved and there are coyotes roaming in evening (caught a huge one on cam in front yard while we were in back!) so I want to give him the balcony potty option especially when it gets dark early soon. I felt the regular size didn’t give him enough sniffing and roaming option so I upgrade to large. So far so good. Training is about patience. Tip on taking him out on leash is helpful! And keeping it out of the sun.

no complaints! does its job very well and our bernedoodle puppy has no issues with it. Yellowing does occur but that is natural.

The Freshpatch came in great condition, my pup was comfortable using it immediately! Will save a trip down several flights of steps during the 3am potty runs! Turned brown a little sooner than I was hoping though.
