I have been using the reusable grass pads for almost two years and I eventually got tired of all the cleaning that it entailed (plus the dog scent never truly went away). I recently purchased one of these pads for my two small dogs and I cannot stress enough how awesome it has been! My dogs love it (it has eased some bathroom anxiety living in an apartment). I wanted to leave this review after I replaced my first one and I was shocked that the tray underneath not only was dry but did not smell whatsoever. I 1000% recommend if you are debating — it has saved me so much time & made my dogs happier (and for that, I cannot be happier!). Also, I had an original problem with my shipment and the customer service is wonderful. They were prompt and friendly! Overall, love this service and it has been worth it to me in so many ways! Thank you!!!

My dog Macy is a full time New Yorker so that means her only grass hang out is in a park. But I always dream of her having her own backyard so when I found fresh patch I could give her that! The second we got it opened she was obsessed with it! Every morning we have coffee and a patch hang in the sun! Winter is right around the corner and it’s still just enough for her to be a happy girl! About to order our last patch for the season!

Our newly adopted 11yo dog with arthritis didn't seem to grasp the concept at first. She had an accident and I wiped her pee on the Fresh Patch and she peed right away after that when she had lost a lot of mobility. Now that she is more mobile she prefers the actual outdoors, but she also used it when it was raining rather than go out in the wet park.
