I live on a third floor and have a 2 1/2 pound Japanese chin puppy who loves using her fresh patch! She’s very tiny so I don’t like taking her outside around other dogs so being able to just have fresh grass delivered to our doorstep is ideal for our lifestyle!

We have been using fresh patch for our small dog for years. She is small, but we order the large rolled patch and place it on the plastic tray because we like having something slightly bigger so she has more potty options/room. Having the tray makes clean up easy too and less cardboard to throw away! It only truly lasts us about 1.5 week(s), but our balcony is in direct sunlight all the time, so it does dry out a little faster than if we had more shade. She still uses it just fine for a few days before the next patch arrives.
We recently needed to order a replacement patch because ours arrived slightly damaged and unusable. They responded to the request within minutes and a new patch was already ordered. Truly great customer service.
Highly recommend to anyone with a dog in an apartment!

We move around the country for work and always make sure to select apartments with balconies so when our 14 year old Coton de Tulear needs to go out at 2am we are not forced to go down to the street for these late night relief sessions. We would never use pads inside the house. But a box of grass on an outdoor balcony saves us our very important sleep.
