My pup loves the fresh patch. It has saved me so much time in the mornings as she goes potty right away on the patch.
There were some delivery issues, but they immediately sent a replacement when I called.

Our new puppy, Sunny, lives in our 5th story apartment with us in a very dog friendly downtown neighborhood. So, until she’s fully vaccinated and can go on walks, we decided to buy and use the Fresh Patch on our balcony to potty train. By the end of her second day with us, she had learned to go potty on the Fresh Patch every time, and she does it consistently now with no accidents! This is a game changer for us and gives us peace of mind instead of having to put her on a high traffic sidewalk or grass patch downstairs outside our apartment. We’re looking forward to the day we can take her on walks outside, but until then, the fresh patch has been amazing! Highly recommend!

I bought both the puppy starter kit in the standard size & the smaller one in the plastic tray for the van ride home and Louka loves them!! The company gets an A++++++ also. Fed Ex destroyed my initial order & Fresh Patch made it right immediately, even getting my new patches here in time for his pick up(which was a huge relief since he's not vaccinated yet).
