Fresh Patch (Standard)

My dog Olive had a bad habit of pooping under my bed during the winter because it’s so cold outside so I researched different options to help make going outside a shorter chore- that is when we found Fresh Patch! It took her a hot second to learn this is a place specifically for her to pee and poop but finally she did it! Although she has not yet learned that it is a spot she can poop she is pretty good at going pee on command when I let her on the patio. It’s a lifesaver on those extra cold early mornings or in the middle of the night. We are going to continue to try and learn that she can poop on the fresh patch although I may need to get a larger size since I think she likes to pace the grass a little before actually doing her business and this size is a little small for that. Overall I think it’s been a good investment so far (this is our second one)! Will update on more progress.

This product seems great. For our puppy, not all poops were hard so I hosed it down and since then had been very wet. Will give it another try with a new one and keep it in the box this time. But after a few days it is pretty stinky so we are going to update it to be more frequent for now.
