My puppy loves the grass patch. She is still learning but will use it along with her pee pads. Hopefully soon she will just use the grass patch!

I do like this sleeve—it makes the Fresh Patch look way more put together, and it helps keep things contained. That said, if you don’t have a problem with your dog chewing the edges or kicking grass out, you could probably do without it.

The Oak Protective Sleeve not only prevents our dog from chewing but also keeps the area looking neat. It's easy to clean and adds a polished look to the Fresh Patch. Very satisfied with this purchase.
