We use our Fresh Patch in our 14th floor apt in downtown Denver. Our two little ones prefer their own piece of earth when it is snowing out and the tray is less conspicuous. A win all around!
I use Fresh Patch whenever there is no grass close by. Always a quality product and great when you just don’t have time to take your pet for a walk.
Great customer service. My tray arrived cracked... most likely from UPS. during delivery. Customer service called me to see how I liked the product. I mentioned the cracked tray and received a new tray in the mail the VERY NEXT DAY. Would HIGHLY recommend this company and product.
