Plastic Tray (Fresh Patch Large)

I was contacted by Fresh Patch to see if I was interested in switching over to their new large box. The box is a lot easier to handle (because it is smaller and has handles). The grass comes rolled up instead of flat. I like that the packaging is now easier to dispose of and I think the grass looks great in the black tray. Thank you Fresh Patch, my dog loves your product so much!!!!

We have a 7 year old Maltese mix, 15 lbs, male. He loves to go on walks except in the rain. The patch is very convenient when its raining or for emergency bathroom breaks. We live on the 3rd floor of a condo building so its very helpful. We have the large patch placed on our outdoor balcony. The first patch we received was old and decaying. Once we called customer service to discuss our concern, they informed us that there was a shipping delay and sent us a replacement patch right away. Our dog took to it after a week. We rewarded him each time he explored the patched. After a week, he peed on it twice, which we rewarded him a great deal for. Putting his leash on also seemed to signal that it was a relief spot. We love the patch and will continue ordering! It still looks great after one week. Thank you!!
